Jayvee is a German based DJ, living in the Ruhr-Area.
DJing since the late 80s, he starts with playing Funk and Disco. Then Jay gets in love with House-Music.
He plays gigs all around the Ruhr-Area, Cologne and Duesseldorf.
He has rocked the crowd at the legendary Meta Luna 5, the Raskalnikow ,Mueller Beat, Clubmachine (where still is his residency) and many more.
Jayvee is playing House in a mix with Tech House and Techno, and is doing this with good old vinyl mostly.
In 2001 he also starts producing music.

His inspiration comes from people and labels like: UR, Kraftwerk, Can, ABC, DJ Pierre, DJ Sneak, Get Physical, Air, Jeff Mills, Velvet Underground, Daft Punk, Prefab Sprout, Josh Wink, Soft Cell, Hans Nieswandt and many more.
Jayvee also is a member of E-Phunx Records, a label that brings you fresh club sounds.
